Beautiful farmstead and composting operation
Looking to sell our 34 acre, multiple enterprise farm, homestead, equipment and livestock. The ground was recently transitioned to pasture, after 9 years of organic row crop. There is a 30x70 high tunnel with irrigation, and about a half acre of vegetable garden, which can be expanded, and we recently planted some fruit trees and apple rootstocks for grafting. We also operate a small composting facility, supplying compost to several market farmers and nearby residents. We currently run a herd of 20+ Wagyu cattle, a small herd of Katahdin sheep, and Kune Kune pigs.
About Land : Was organic row crop, recently transitioned to pasture for regenerative agriculture. There is a 30x70 high tunnel, 1/2 acre garden, and an acre of recently established orchard. We are currently running Wagyu cattle, Kune Kune pigs and Katahdin sheep.
